Acceptable Usage Policy
This acceptable usage policy, AUP,
applies to all customers of Weberz. This includes, and
is not restricted to, all customers of any resellers of Weberz.
Weberz reserves the right to change any part or all of this
AUP at any time without prior notice.
Please be sure to read this page in full before signing up for any of Weberz's web hosting plans. If you have any questions about any part of this AUP please be sure to email us at sales@weberz.com before signing up with any of our plans. Signing up with any of Weberz's plans will be deemed as a confirmation that you agree with all sections of this AUP.
Weberz reserves the right to discontinue or deny access, without any prior notice, to anyone who violates the terms and/or restrictions set forth on this page. If you do not agree with any part of this AUP please discontinue your account immediately and email us at sales@weberz.com.
General Policies
Unacceptable uses of your account include, but are not limited to: Bulk e-mailing, unsolicited e-mailings, spam site advertising, newsgroup spamming, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers, online gambling, and/or anything else determined by us to be unacceptable use of Weberz 's services.
Prohibited Activities:
1) Mass Emailing by anyone through the Weberz network is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes ANY of the email addresses hosted by Weberz.
2) Resale or giving away of Weberz products and services without the express prior written consent by Weberz, unless you are an authorized reseller.
3) The running of any malicious software on the Weberz network, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, crackers, or worms.
4) Any kind of network monitoring done on the Weberz network without written consent of Weberz is also strictly prohibited.
5) Any sending of any information to Weberz or any other internet network in the attempt to disrupt that network.
6) Providing Weberz with false or incorrect data on the order form including but not limited to name, address, phone number and/or credit card number.
7) Utilizing the Weberz network to access IRC or use IRC bots.
8) Access other networks and abusing their resources from the Weberz network such as sending emails or news postings through another networks server.
9) Utilizing the Weberz network and/or any Weberz resources to promote, display or transmit questionable material or content. This includes but is not limited to nudity, racist, adult, explicit, or sexually related content. Weberz reserves the right to decide which content falls in to this category and which do not.
10) The usage of more than 30% of Weberz's network by any one site at any given time.
Responsibility:
As a user on the Weberz network you are responsible for all of the information and/or data pertaining to your account. This includes taking responsibility for all the material on your site and stored in your account to ensure that is does not violate any local, state, federal, or international laws.
Resellers:
As a reseller of Weberz services you are responsible for all of your users' material and are expected to hold them responsible for it as well, Weberz reserves the right to cancel one of your users accounts should they violate any/all of the rules set forth on this page.
Weberz makes no guarantee of the security and/or privacy of the information either stored on the Weberz technology or transmitted through the Weberz network and makes no guarantee that any other entity will be included and/or excluded from the Weberz network. Weberz staff may also periodically monitor the transmissions on the Weberz network for maintenance and/or service quality assurance.
Should anyone violate any aspect of this AUP your account may be terminated at the discretion of the Weberz staff without notice and without refund.
