New Offsite NS3 Name Server! Resellers should update NS Records.
Late last week we made some changes to our domain name servers to eliminate some issues that certain resellers were having resolving some of their server alias names. During the process of rebuilding these servers we also moved the NS3 server to a new IP address at an offsite location. This will allow DNS lookups to continue resolving in the event of a data center wide outage helping eliminate extended downtimes due to bad DNS resolutions during the outage. Lately making these changes will also keep mail flowing for all of our customers who are using external mail servers during one of these outages if they are using our DNS servers for their DNS resolution services.
All resellers should be sure to update their DNS server IP address for the NS3 server at their domain registrar. If you don’t currently use the NS3 server for DNS services on your clients domains it is highly recommended that you start doing so at your earliest convenience. Due to the many different domain registrars available we are unable to provide you with instructions on how to update your name server IP’s at every one, however here is the instructions GoDaddy and Enom which seem to be the most popular.

Resellers are able to find the Nameserver Registration page under the domains menu -> Advanced Tools after you login to your account.
