Account Cancellation

Weberz account holders who wish to cancel their account can do so via the form below. Accounts can be cancelled at any time, however the following should be noted by the account holder before requesting an account cancellation:

• Once an account is cancelled, it can not be recovered. User’s should make sure they have backups of all files and databases before requesting a cancellation.
• Users who want to receive their 30-day money back guarantee refund should request this service in their hosting control panels. This option is located under the “billing” menu.
• Refunds will only be given to users who are requesting a cancellation within 72 hours of their last billing period renewal.
• No refunds will be given for any account credit balances or prepaid service terms.
