The contest to win this awesome prize is very simple. Weberz will randomly choose one Facebook fan from the Weberz Facebook Page on March 1st 2011 to win the Nintendo Prize Pack. To enter the contest all you have to do is become a fan of Weberz on Facebook! There are multiple ways to do this including:

• Use the “Like” button on the left side of THIS PAGE. (Easy)
• Use the “Weberz Facebook Page” link above and click the “Like” button. (Harder)
• Go to http://www.facebook.com, login to your account, search for “Weberz Hosting”, then click the “Like” button. (Hardest)

Any one of these methods will give you the same result of becoming a fan on Facebook and entering the contest. That’s it! Seems simple right? That’s because it is. Now comes the always required contest rules…

Rules:

1. This contest is offered by Weberz Hosting and is open to anyone with a Facebook account who is at least 18 years of age. Employees and agents of Weberz Hosting and/or it’s affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
2. The contest will begin at 12AM PST on Wednesday January 26th, 2011 and will finish on Monday February 28th 2011 at 11:59PM PST. The winner will be announced on Facebook Tuesday March 1st, 2011.
3. Contest winner will be given 72 hours to claim their prize via email. After 72 hours the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be randomly selected.
4. Each user may only enter the contest once by becoming a fan of Weberz on Facebook. Users who try to cheat by using multiple Facebook accounts will be disqualified from winning.
5. Entrants do not have to be a customer of Weberz Hosting to participate or win. The contest is open to all users regardless of customer status.
6. Neither Weberz Hosting nor its affiliated companies shall be held liable for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines, network lines, network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customers authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
7. Weberz Hosting reserves the right to disqualify any entries that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
