H-Sphere provides our users with tools needed to control every aspect of their web hosting account within one simple and easy to use interface. Every Weberz Hosting user is provided with an account in our H-Sphere web hosting management system so they can control all of the aspects of their hosting experience.
H-Sphere provides Weberz Hosting users access to all of the following:
Domain Management
H-Sphere’s domain management allows users to control all of the domains in their account. Users are able to add and remove domains from the system as well as decide which system services, such as websites and email, those domain have enabled. The domain management system also allows users to setup domain aliases, or domain mirrors, sub domains and custom dns entries. All of this is possible without the user having to contact technical support to have these tasks performed.
Web Options
Every domain name in the system that has the website system service turned on also has the web options section available. The web options section of H-Sphere allows users to specify how the web server system will react and display the website to visitors. Advanced options for enabling web programming languages, such as ASP and PHP, are available as well as basic options like logging and web stats.
Email Management
Every domain in the system that has the email system service enabled also has access to the email management section of H-Sphere. The email management section allows users to create and delete email accounts, mail forwards and mailing lists. Users are also able to setup anti-spam and anti-virus email protection systems as well as SPF, Sender Policy Framework, management options are available.
Billing Profiles
The Billing Profiles section of H-Sphere allows users to monitor and edit all aspects of their account billing and services. Information on past billing statements and current resource pricing are available in this section. User’s are also able to view and modify their billing details such as changing payment method and updating credit card details.
Technical Support
The technical support system allows users to interact with Weberz support team. Users are able to create new trouble tickets, respond to existing tickets and close resolved tickets from right inside their H-Sphere control panel interface.
