I changed by website IP, now my images do not display.
Images are displayed on your SiteStudio generated site by using the instant access alias on your account. If you change your website to using a static IP address, or the IP address to your webserver changes, your images may stop displaying properly. To fix the problem you must log in to SiteStudio and refresh the images. Follow these quick instructions to get the issue resolved:
- Login to your hosting control panel at http://www.weberz.com/
- Click on the SiteStudio icon

- Find the website having the problem in the list and click the SiteStudio log in button on the right side of the page
- Click the link that says “Continue editing my website”

- Choose “Site Settings” from the top menu

- Click the link that says “Refresh Images”
- Once the refresh is complete, republish your website using the publish button on the top left of the page

Once you have republished your website using SiteStudio your website images should start to display again. If they don’t display properly, please contact our technical support team or submit a support ticket.
